To mange an institution with enormous social responsibilities make me more sincere about my job. Being the director of the school I have to strike the balance among many factors. From infrastructure to appointing the best faculties and provide them adequate training after the appointment along with managing the fee collection and spending it whole heartedly for the welfare of the students are some of the goals I strive to achieve every day. Parents have a great faith in the institution and to keep it intact I have to go out of boundaries. I, being the part of the team, encourage all to yield good results in academics as well as sports. Making an inventory of daily goals and whole day chasing them keep me energized. I assure all the parents the best for their wards that can be done.
